- Functional Analyst & Technical Analyst:
Background
and experience in one major field, such as a business
process, application, industry or technology. Participates
in defining and designing business requirements and processes.
Performs functional or technical roles on projects with
depth of functional or technical knowledge in their focus
area.
- Solution Lead & Technical Lead: Leads
tasks on projects using knowledge in their focus area
(business process, application, industry or technology).
May lead other TSC and/or client team members. Facilitates
client workshops and design sessions. May manage part
of a large, complex project. May provide business process,
application, industry or technical expertise in sales
pursuits and assist in defining and estimating client
project/activity scope.
- Solution Manager & Technical Manager: Performs
functional or technical role on projects, leading
TSC and/or client team members. Deep knowledge in
one technology and/or application. Provides application/technology
expertise in sales pursuits and assists in defining
and estimating project/activity scope. Participates
in Quality Assurance (QA) process within their focus
area. Assists in identifying and develop new service
offerings.
- Project Managers: Responsible for successful delivery
of projects ensuring 100% referenceability and client
satisfaction. Deep project management experience and
expertise on multiple, concurrent projects or a larger,
complex program. Deep knowledge in at least one industry
or technology with breadth in strategy, process and/or
technical consulting. Coaches and mentors project team
members.
