MED Trends, Inc. (MTI) was awarded a $1.00 million information technology infrastructure, upgrade and maintenance contract by the Army Contracting Command, Fort Hood, TX. The company will provide high-end networking equipment support for the information-center, according to a statement from MTI.
MTI has a business initiative focused on Defense Department, and the Fort Hood contract is a result of that effort, according to Roger Malik, MTI's Executive Vice President.
